WHO YOU'RE BUYING FROM

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

• Made to order. You pick a design in the app and a canvas size. We then make that piece by hand — masking tape laid on stretched canvas, paint applied, tape peeled off. It follows your design, but brush texture, edges, and paint density vary from piece to piece. That variation is the point, not a defect.
• Originals from the gallery. One-of-a-kind pieces that already exist. Each is sold once; the photograph on the gallery page is the actual piece you receive.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

• Made-to-order pieces: 3–4 weeks to make, plus transit.
• Gallery originals: shipped within 5 business days of payment.
• Everything ships from Canada, packed flat or boxed depending on size. You'll get a tracking number by email when it goes out.

SHIPPING COSTS, DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. For orders outside Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. Customs can also delay delivery in ways we can't control or predict.

RETURNS

• Made-to-order pieces are not returnable. Each one is made specifically for you from a design you chose, so it can't be resold. Please look carefully at the preview before paying.
• Gallery originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, provided the piece comes back undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Damaged in transit or not what you ordered? That's on us either way. Get in touch within 7 days of delivery — we'll ask for photographs of the piece and the packaging, then replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

A made-to-order piece can be cancelled for a full refund any time before we start making it — in practice, within 48 hours of ordering. After that, materials are cut and paint is committed, so it can no longer be cancelled.

YOUR DESIGN

When you order a made-to-order piece, the design and a preview image are stored on our server so we know what to make. That's all we keep — your name, address, and payment details stay with Stripe. Designs that never turn into an order are deleted after 30 days. We don't sell or reproduce your design for anyone else.
